I will NEVER go back there or refer anyone to them...

I will NEVER go back there or refer anyone to them! Went in Sunday not feeling good at all. They did a Covid test and also diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection. When the results came back (they didn t call me I had to check emails) I sent them a message IMMEDIATELY asking Since my results came back negative what do I need to take for my upper respiratory infection (still have all the same symptoms) and how long am I contagious? They never responded nor did they call. I called their office TWICE leaving messages both times and after waiting most of the day I went back up there. I was then told if I wanted to talk to he doctor since I m still having the same symptoms I need to check BACK IN AND PAY ANOTHER COPAY. No stars for them (had to put 1 to post this) and won t EVER recommended anyone to go there.
