Customer service might be worse than Comcast. Impossible to contact by phone. Most people suspect their big sneaker releases are sold early out the backdoor.

I went to one first come first serve release and APD was called because a fight. They still sold the sneaker reseller that was fighting a pair of shoes. Complete joke.

Way overpriced. Can find the same items online for much less and it's actually a better experience. The employees are rude.

The parking is a joke. I actually paid money to park and still wasn't in the safest lot. Trust me, wish sucks
