My elderly parents hired them to move from their house to Condo. The moving staff itself are good though they did scratch a floor in my parents old house. However the sales rep Kelly Kipp underestimated how many trucks were needed and now we have to go back and forth a few times to pick up the items that the movers were not able to get on the truck. The dispatcher whom I spoke with before complaining to Kelly had a lot of atttude so don t expect much for customer service. All Kelly was able to do was say they can go back for the rest but they have to charge and a big sorry wish there was something I could do typical customer service cop out. Thank god it wasn t a cross country move. Going to be a long night for me and my already tired folks.
