I have been with VIVINT for 4 plus years now and have had zero problems with them dealing both over the phone as well as service personnel. When my contract came up for renewal, they went out of their way to keep me. Always polite and wanting to help. I have been so impressed that when they asked me to renew for two moe years, I went with three. I must say, I am one happy customer. Thanks to the VIVINT team
