I have had there services for over 4yrs and I have had nothing but problems, everything from the thermostat not working to horrible customer service.. But what really got me was this past June my home was broken into and that's where everything went wrong!! I received the text messages and phone calls that my home alarm had gone off and the police were at my home. So Being away on a business across the country, I called in to find out what was going on and that's when the lady told me it was a false alarm and the police said it was secure. Now Fast forward 9hrs when my wife gets home and I get a phone from her stating the alarm is still going off and the back door of our house is wide open. Well at that point I called and they began to back track and so I asked for the phone call that I made that morning where the lady on the phone told me it was a false alarm, They still cant seem to find that call, yet all calls are recorded. Then Fast forward to today when a technician comes out finally to check the system and that's when we realize the sensors on the door are all set to delay which means when the burglars broke in they had time to take jewelry and numerous other items before the alarm actually went off. Come to find out the installer who installed my system never asked me if I wanted delay or instant. So the entire 4 yrs I have been paying you to protect my family my system was set up wrong!!! Nice work!
I would never recommend this company and if I could rate it negative stars I would!!!
