Your staff is rude, and your policies are outdated...

Your staff is rude, and your policies are outdated. It is understandable and adequate that you do not share information with callers over the phone, but you may need to understand that many of your executive guests do not complete their own expense reports. If it is in the policy to hang up and be rude to their administrative assistants, we can book their travel elsewhere, and will do as such.

Even after I had the Chief Operations Officer verify his identity over the phone, and after he stated to "Tonya Mcleod" to speak with me since I was his assistant, she disconnected the call. When I called right back, I received an attitude and she stated "We do not share any information with people other than the guests, even if they tell us to."

Hindering your customers from conducting business is much different than protecting your customer's privacy. We will not book any more business with this hotel, and I'll be sure to notify the 10,000 employees at this company. Thanks for nothing, Tonya.
