This place is a nice, mid-sized hotel, just a little bit too big to be a boutique hotel. It has well-maintained, classy premises, but the most important part is the software. Staff are all extremely friendly, very helpful and forthcoming, not always perfectly professional, but all with an extremely good spirit.
Technical equipment appears to be quite aged. I had several problems (shower too cold, heating too weak, busted light bulb), but the staff took care of each problem in a swift and very effective manner.
They have no breakfast buffet, but make you choose between six set menus. I felt uncomfortable with this lack of choice, even though staff again were extremely friendly and helpful.
