We've been staying here for years and it is just going downhill. My past stay, I waited over an hour for my luggage only for them the figure out the front desk lady never gave them my ticket. No apology from them, but the bellhop apologized. I always get room service. It was blah and definitely overpriced for the taste. I asked for sliced tomatoes with my breakfast and they charged me $3.50 for avocado. It was the two thinnest slices of tomato possible.

Without fail, housekeeping always tries to come in before I checkout. I don't get that.

Now, I love the tubs and the beds, but just not sure it is worth the price anymore. Their standards have dropped significantly.
