Customer Support is a disaster. I am contacting Washington to insure AirBnb are regulated in dealing with customers. This can no longer continue. The COO should be fired. NOW!!!. I got contacted by Airbnb 24 hours after i contacted them. With a message: sorry high volume of customer inquiries will call soon. My problem: in France at 5pm. Couldnt reach host. So couldnt access appartment. Host didnt provide her mobile number on contact details. 5pm. I solved my problem finally. But no thanks to the incompetent staff, management and CEO of the company.
