Dr. Prashant Parekh is fantastic so I am very sorry that the poor review has to do with the fact that the billing department is not competent.
I paid the full balance that was due on the day of my last appointment because they do not take my insurance. Then WEEKS later I got a call from billing. They said that they forgot to charge me nearly 97 dollars and that it was due. They asked me for my insurance information so they could try and charge them for the 97 dollars they claim to have forgotten to charge me. This is unethical and only a sign of incompetence. If you want a great retina specialist and a disorganized billing office, this is the place for you.
