Very informative, helpful and easy to use. They have multiple ways of contact. I was very happy that they linked a quick contact to my computer so i can easily report any issues and screen shot any pop up error numbers.
My issues are always solved within a reasonable time frame if they are unable to figure it out on the spot. In addition, they actually make office visits to our site a few times, just to make sure our computers are running smoothly.
