STAY AWAY!!! The worst car buying experience! Be very careful of what you sign here. They will put you in a new car and call you weeks later if the bank doesn t like something on your application and get the car back from you!!! They are NOT respectful of your time at all, it seems to be a sales technique to get you just say yes to everything. Also make sure they pay off your old loan if you get anything in the mail about your trade in. If they sell your trade-in and it had negative equity they will make you responsible to pay the difference in the event your loan doesn t go through and they will take the car back. Also arguing with them won t get you anywhere because the make you sign and agree to the previous scenario READ Conditional (SPOT) Agreement . They will also run your credit without your permission and are highly sketchy when talking to you about your financing... They are nice to you until you call out their BS. Make no mistake about it, they are friendly, and they are friendly because they want that commission BAD! Went to CarMax after and everything was silky smooth. Unless you 100% need/want a brand new VW which are trash nowadays STAY AWAY!!!
