Matt was very easy to work with. He's always professional, returns calls/emails promptly, shows up on time, and if he can't personally make it to something, he makes sure someone else from his team is there to meet you.

Most importantly, matt had great insight into market pricing, and his solution or suggestions to any pricing wasn't simply "spend more" as some realtors will tell you to do, just so they can get the commission.

After working with Matt, you can tell he does things the right way, because he wants you to trust him and he wants to work with you in the future.
