Omg the worse experience!!

Omg the worse experience!!
The two ladies at the front Desk were very rude. One of them had a very bad attitude and very discriminating. There was a small mixup with the reservation between the Hotel and and Priceline as there were 2 name on the reservation mine and my wife. When she (M Martinez) noticed my wife was a TRANS WOMAN she got a terrible attitude. First she TRIED to demote us to a standard room when I booked A SUITE. THIS TYPE OF TRANSPHOBIC ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE, ITS NOT FAIR!! JUST BC MY WIFE IS A TRANSEXUAL WOMAN MS MARTINEZ ENDED UP SAYING THAT THE HOTEL HAD NO MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE IN HOPES THAT PRICELINE WOULD RELOCATE US!!

ALL MY GLBT COMUINITY THIS HOTEL IS VERY RUDE TO US IF U EVER FEEL DISCRIMINATED WE HAVE RIGHTS AND THE LAW WILL PROTECT US
