Stupid would be a world !!!
I got 15 Ram 1500 with 3,6L engine.
I usually change oil myself but one day check engine showed up, so I've decided to take it in, you know - great reviews and all, so what could go wrong !? Well because I have full waranty and the part was around $20.00 with 10 minutes of labor at max.They charged me $100.00 for dedactible and this is a totall BS !! I have paid extra over $2000 for a warranty so I think this is a totall RIP off !!! My brake light was out and they didn't even mention anything about it and didn't change it!! My warranty supposed to cover a Loaner car but after they told me it's going to be like a week before they have a loaner I took Uber.. Most importantly my 3.6 engine takes 5,5 quarts of oil so when I riched 35% I've decided to change it before a long trip to Colorado with a trailer and I poured out over 7 quarts !!!!
On my way to Colorado after 10 hours drive check engine showed up, so I stopped in autozone to check and it was a camshaft sensor which was blown up most likely by oil overdose .. again the part was 20$ so I changed it myself to avoid freaking dedactible and unproffesional service...
I will never go there again and this is my last Dodge /Chrysler vehicle...
I had a Chevy Silverado before and service was 100% better with a great quality of service and a loaner vehicle always available...
