Ok, you want to hear the reason for the one star. The service department and parts department people are dishonest and incompetent. I will never come to your dealership again. I am not the only one who has this opinion. Take a look at your other reviews on here. Are those people wrong ? Seems to be a trend. Scammers and liars. If you want the whole package, then come here and be prepared to be taken advantage of. I am not saying the brand is bad, just this particular location. Make the drive out of town to another dealer. You wont be disappointed elsewhere.
You people are unethical and dishonest.
