Very frustrating, long, drawn out experience with Chris Sadler in which we were asked to pay for an appraisal (which cost over $500), and then, after going back and forth for over 2 months after our initial application we were rejected for the loan (despite having A credit). I called the office after this terrible experience and was told it was NOT protocol to have clients pay for appraisals before they are approved, and that the owner, Don P would return my call soon. As expected, I never received a call from the owner.
