I have worked for Team One Logistics for over a year and I have not had any problems with upper management, HR or my immediate supervisor. I have read the all the reviews below and for me personally a lot of those NEGATIVE things just does not ring true- take it from someone who had worked in a lot of different places. First of all, I ve never been in a place where the upper management works just as hard as I do. They are easy to talk to and open to ideas. I don t feel like I have to hold my opinion back (and yes, I definitely have had some). Everybody has bad days and I get that, I truly do, but when you work for a company that wants, not only to succeed but wants everyone on their team (all employees) to succeed right along with them, that just says something great and positive about a company. We work together, we succeed together, that s what it means to be a team and that is Team One Logistics. I m happy to be an employee here.
