A great deal on a great car, and amazing customer service! The family recently purchased an RX 350 at Downtown Lexus, and we couldn t be happier with our experience.

Enough can t be said about the level of professionalism, and service we ve received from Kevin Loth. Patient, honest, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and a hawk-eye for detail and that s only scratching the surface. Truly it was his unreserved willingness to go the extra mile that left both my parents and I with big smiles on our faces. He made the sales process a breeze, brought us up to speed on all of the features on a great vehicle, and made sure that absolutely all of our concerns were addressed.

More than a sales representative, Kevin is a genuinely good guy. This happy customer would highly recommend!
