I will never be using this place for anything agai...

I will never be using this place for anything again. The lack of customer care that I recieved was very off putting. I had taken my CRV in several weeks ago and had to replace my ac unit, flush my car fluids and a few other minor things. I ended up having to pay well over $1000 for everything. I had told them while you have it please check everything and replace or change what is needed as well. When I picked up my car I was told everything was fine. I just took my car for a oil change at a different auto shop and was informed that my air filter was needing to be changed and was very dirty and my brake fluid was pretty much sludge. This was very disconcerning as I had just previously been told that everything was up to date. When I called Honda and Sean said he would look into it. I recieved a call back and he told me that it was a matter of opinion from place to place and asked if I had personally seen these things. I did not receive any kind of apology or any kind of wanting to fix things attitude. I would have brought my car back for them to fix if I had gotten any kind of "I do apologize for the confusion, lets get it looked at" or anything. I have been bringing my car here for quite awhile too. But nothing he could have cared less. Shows how large companies dont care about customers just making money. Bad experience and horrible customer service.
