This company has called me saying that I have a co...

This company has called me saying that I have a collection of $190 with Crunch fitness I have told them this is a mistake and I dispute it and it s not mine. Today I see a derogatory mark on my credit. At this point I m taking this very personal and I will have my lawyer contact you. This is outrageous!!!!!!!!
