I had an appt on Mon, Jun 3 between 2-4 pm. I received a call from the office to inform me the technician was running late and would arrive about 330. Joshua called me at 315 and arrived at 335. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He serviced my AC unit within 30 minutes and informed me the capacitor would probably not last much longer. He told me the cost to replace and I told him to replace it. He checked his truck but did not have the part. He told me he could get the part and return the following morning and replace it. He did return and replaced the part. I was very satisfied with his service and Sierra Air. I would highly recommend Sierra Air for your heating and air conditioning service.
