Long time client of BMW and in particular Otto's in Ottawa. I own a 2012 x3. In the past 2 years or so I have noticed a significant decline in customer service. In particular, the Service dept. Unable to reach a service advisor on numerous attempts and rarely receive a return phone call when message left. I hope Otto's sees this and improves the situation and avert the downward trend I am noticing.
