Took my daughter here with some friends for her 18th birthday. I was very disappointed. First, at check in we arrived late but our room was still not ready till around 6:30pm. Then we went to the bar later and the bartender before taking our order was taking shots of alcohol herself. I was charged $30 more for room than told. When opening let out bed in sofa there was hair and confetti all over bed and floor so it wasn t even cleaned and the fridge was not cleaned well it was sticky. When we called the front desk about bed we were told that we would have to come get a bed cover and when we walked down every one was standing around desk. Very disappointed and will never return!!!
