I have never before experienced such horrible customer service. I went in the day after Memorial Day where the manager, told me I missed the sale that would save me $1k by just one day. I understood, after all, it was the day after a holiday. I was however highly disappointed that she wouldn t discount the playset at all and mentioned that we did receive a stimulus check and did still have our jobs, so we could use that money to pay full price on the playset. That is the worst sales pitch I have ever heard. I informed her that I was willing to wait for a deal because with the economy the way it is, there s no telling if I will have my job next month. She then called me last week to inform me of their current promotion which would end 7/3. I told her I would either be in by then, or would be in for the 4th of July sale. On 7/4/2020, I called their office and nobody answered. I then left a message on Facebook where they informed me they were closed for the holiday. I really wish that information was given to me when I told the sales manager I would be there for the Fourth of July. I visited again today, 7/5/2020, where I was told, once again, that I missed the sale by one day and couldn t discount the unit at all. We were really looking forward to owning a Rainbow playset, but the you missed the sale by one day but you can use your stimulus money and pay full price game is ridiculous.
Edit: the sales manager contacted me to make things right. It was a rocky start, but Jennifer and the regional manager helped get this resolved. We look forward to receiving our new rainbow playset.
