I currently live in one of their properties in the Jonesboro ga area I ve been with them for 1 year I renewed my lease and I hate I did I ve seen them change mangers and now the ones they have are a joke The property has gone down since Koren and Eric left thrash is everywhere the grass be needing cutting they charge us 25 $ for valet thrash even if they don t pick up your thrash it s just a rip off you can t get them to fix anything Do not waste your time nor money trust me A tenant living at Monterey Village.
