I visited Classen Urgent Care for a foot injury. The pain was so intense that I was unable to walk into the clinic unassisted. My mom ran into the building to tell the receptionist my predicament and he came out to my van with a wheelchair. I did have to fill out a paper with personal information for them to file a claim on my insurance., which was to be expected. My wait time was under ten minutes. I was examined, taken to x-ray, then back to the exam room to be fitted with a walking boot. The nurse, Jacqualine, was kind, listened to the issue I was having, and made me feel safe and comfortable. She was very gentle with my foot as she positioned it to get the right angle for the x-ray. Dr. Erica Davis was the attending P.A. that morning. She was sweet, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to me, as well. Overall, my experience at Classen Urgent Care was top notch and deserves 5 stars.
