My insurance company kept screwing around with getting our roof repaired after a hail storm. They kept saying somebody will be out to fix it but nobody ever showed up. 3 months passed and our roof kept leaking and floors and walls were getting moisture ... I finally reached my limit with them and decided to call five star claim adjusters. I was referred to them from a co-worker ..We got Vincent as our adjuster and he is awesome... Hes fast, efficient and he exceeds in customer service skills. He kept us in the loop the whole time and even after he got us an amazing settlement, he still was available to answer all of our questions.. I would give Vincent and 5 star claims adjusting more then 5 stars if I could. I was able to get a new roof and new floors with the settlement. I couldn't be more happy with the turn out. Vincent and team are awesome....
