I rented four bikes for the weekend through the online reservation system which gave me a confirmation. I called to verify my reservation and discuss some further details. Staff was very friendly over the phone but did not seem to know how the reservation system worked. Multiple staff reassured me that my four bikes were reserved. On the day of pick up they called me to tell me they did not have any bikes available even though I had a been emailed a confirmation. My weekend plans with hotel were then ruined as it was too late to find bikes to rent elsewhere. They did not offer any sort of compensation either.
