The new vehicle and paperwork were delivered to our house and our trade-in was collected. It took about 45 minutes to finish the transaction including trade-in. By far the best car buying experience ever. Full transparency into lease terms,money factor etc. None of the bs that I experienced with FCA. Very satisfied.
