I would give less than 0 if possible. Oscar who is in charge of training people for their practicum, and whoever works side by side with him, extremely rude and downgrading towards they re trainees. Not the least bit impressed with they re professionalism . Calling them stupid, and useless. That is bullying. These trainees tough it out because they need a passing grade.
