I fly regularly from Tegel, but what's happening in the last months on the ground is simply not sustainable anymore, even though I'm a Tegel advocate!

My last experiences are that many congestion / delays in the security controls were due only to incompetent and then very unfriendly WISAG staff!
Partially, I felt that they were deliberately producing the snakes, because the person checking the suitcases on the suitcase scanner was also busy (at a very slow speed), distributing the boxes, although there were extra staff for that.
Due to the long waiting times, people are anxious to reach their plane in time, but the WISAG staff is not interested in it at all and is sometimes still cheeky.

My conclusion, if you want to know how to scare a customer, then the Tegel staff is exemplary! I would like to give minus 5 stars because of the arrogance!
