Went in looking for my first vehicle with my mothe...

Went in looking for my first vehicle with my mother. Upon arrival, we were SWARMED with dealers and eventually we went with one to the sales floor. When we were sat down, I told the dealer what kind of vehicle I was looking for and that I saw a car that I was interested in seeing online prior to arriving to the dealership. We told him the make and models of the cars and then the dealer made fun of our decision not to buy "American" made vehicles which was almost offensive to us. And it was almost impossible to converse with the dealer as the radio in the building was blaring making it impossible to hear anyone but Bruce Springsteen on the ceiling singing. I told him that I just wanted to see the one vehicle and he went to look for the key so that I could go on a test drive. He took over a half hour to try to look for the key. After saying that he was looking for it a couple of times, my Mother and I decided that we had enough. I told her to take a fake phone call to reschedule her physical therapy session which she did and then "hung" up as the dealer arrived. We explained to the dealer that we had to get going. Not once did he apologize for taking so long. He then went on to set a time for us to come back again and we lied to him saying that we would be back later that week. He then explained that he is only there a couple days throughout the week and sent another worker over to us to set up a time to come next. It was ridiculous, not to mention that he was making my mother late to her fake therapy session and obviously didn't seem to care as he sent a manger over then to let us know that they weren't scamming us and stuff. It took us almost 20 minutes to get out of there after saying we had to "go". The place was a nightmare and out of the three customers in the room, there were almost 25 workers there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've never had a worse experience in a business ever!
