"Smiley" wants to share her experience at Ray Chevrolet. They have a Top Notch Sales Department. Arnold, my Salesman, and Ryan, his Manager, truly showed genuine concern for meeting my purchasing goals. There was never any pressure throughout my decision making process. Arnold listened to my purchasing requirements as well as my needs vs wants and proceeded to offer me my best options to consider. Arnold explained these options clearly and answered my questions thoroughly.
Ryan then went over, in detail, my purchasing options. Again, my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I clearly understood what my choices were when deciding between buying vs leasing.
