We visited this hotel in June 2018, check in was very quick and efficient, the staff were very friendly and took our bags quickly, it was late when we arrived and we were shown to the late night sitting in the buffet restaurant.
The room we stayed in was a family room and was spotless from the day we arrived to when we left, the room was cleaned Daily and we had animals made out of Towels on our bed to the pleasure of our 7 year old, the housekeeping man went out of his way to make sure our 7 year old was amused.
Throughout the day the animation team are around with daily dances and activities, the while team were amazing with all the children on the resort and couldn't make time for them enough,the evening entertainment was enjoyable with shows most evenings and a kids disco.
We used the buffet restaurant most evenings and food was good and catered for children, we used one of the Al la carte restaurants once during our stay, sofra the Oriental restaurant which was amazing the food was delicious, very authentic.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and must thank all the staff that went of their way for us. They were what made our whole holiday. We will definitely return.
