I've had some disappointing trips to Honda of Tysons Corner for repairs/service because of costly repairs to what seems like easy/quickly fixed issues, but the past three trips have gone well simply because I wasn't sure if there were problems with my new tires or not but Tim Godinho assured me that they would be looked at and if there were no issues I would not be charged. Sure enough, the tires were fine it was just the abrupt temperature change that caused the issue. On my latest trip, I mentioned that my fuel door had been sticking so he personally got a can of lubricant and took care of it without charging me. This is how it should be and from now on I will be going to Tim to make sure I'm not being taken advantage of.
