My partner and I were eager to have a look at the 2017 CR-V. However when we arrived out scheduled sales representative was unavailable and we were given to another available rep. Unfortunately the representative that we were served by was completely detached. He did not bring the car that we requested and was not familiar with the features that were available on this model. While we were driving, he was engrossed with his phone to the point where he did not hear us ask him questions. He did not help us to appreciate the value of the car. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience.
