The concept is great. The staff are very nice. The upgrades are going to be very nice once finished. We stayed here April 16-20, 2018. There was a ton of construction going on. There was dust and dirt everywhere, tree service workers were running chainsaws and chippers from 7:30am til early evening. There were always forklifts, utility trailers, bobcats, etc in the driveway and it was narrowed down to one lane sometimes. I have it 4 stars because it s going to be very nice. I just wish I had known the extent of construction that was going on the week we booked. The main complaint was the tree service noise all day long. We plan to go back in October. Hopefully it will be a little more peaceful.
One non-construction complaint - some of the RV sewer connections are UPHILL from the RV pad. Water doesn t run uphill so plan on using the nice, new dump station before you leave.
