I went into this not knowing anything other than the changes I had seen in the people who had gone before me. I had so many questions and all my friends would tell me was trust the process . It was the best decision I ever made when I stepped through those doors. Choosing to invest in myself has changed every aspect of my life. There are still hard days, it is life after all, but I don t let bad days determine that I have a bad life. I know it is against our instincts to trust and go into anything blindly, it was one of the scariest things I ever did and also the most rewarding. What you will find is a strength and love for yourself that you may have never known you had. The love given by those who volunteer just to help others is immeasurable. I believe everyone can benefit from this training and if you are wondering should I? You should!
