Okay. My experience is from the accident & emergency at UCL Hospital Euston Road. After walking in disoriented and in pain I was subjected to laughter and general rudeness to my condition by the black girl on reception. She is very rude and not friendly or welcoming at all.

The doctor who saw me was very friendly and accommodating and I was very happy with the care he took of me.

But the girls on reception should be fired. This level of rudeness should never be tolerated, and especially when it is aimed at people in pin and discomfort.
