We had a good experience with Smart Choice Realty. We knew our home would sell fast and went with Smart Choice to save money on commission. It was easy working with Samara and Lisa. We were concerned about pricing our country home properly, but with Samara s input, we came to a fair selling price and the house sold in three days. We had a little drama with offers and ended up with an anxious buyer. The Smart Choice team helped get us through it. We highly recommend Samara and team. When we are ready to buy a home in Raleigh in the next few months, we will definitely use Smart Choice.
