Ordered on the 17th of December 2018 arrived 7th of January 2020. I ordered an iPhone x. Phone it's self is good. No marks etc. However it was sent UPS and pushed through my door not sign for which given the cost of the phone I find unbelievable. No wires etc with the handset. Packagings was poor bubble wrapped and brown paper bag and some cardboard. Very poor communication throughout my transaction. No active phone number. Emails replied to weeks later. There was no invoice for the transaction in the parcel and the warranty has no date or item etc printed on so how that would work I don't know. The phone itself was a good buy the service was appalling and the one member of staff I have had contact with was unhelpful. I would not recommend this service or store. Very poor experience. Very unprofessional service. Used a smaller company at the same time for another iPhone and had better service. Not impressed at all and will never use again.
