I was here when I planned to buy a car on Nov 2017...

I was here when I planned to buy a car on Nov 2017. I saw one car in their advertisement and made a call, scheduled the appointment. Once reached they said car tht i requested is sold. I know its a business tactics to bring the customer and say its sold out. Thats not an issue. When I entered no one received us properly, we waited for atleast 10 mins where someone ask for what we need, when we described on what type/model/price of the car they mentioned its not available and will call you when they have. They didnt care to suggest some other car with the same or little higher price. I didnt ask for anything cheap or unbelievable rates. This was my ask, I asked for 2015 model, 40K miles, camry or honda for 14K.. i got a car from some other dealer with 20K miles for 15K.. so these guys should learn how to deal the customer.. i felt really bad to stop at their place.. I didnt find much time to post this earlier.. i will not suggest this place to anyone..
