Very bad service. They ruined my bath , they sent a blind worker to do the grout ! And now for a month still waiting for a refaund. Its a fraud people be careful.

Still very bad service. They left me with a damaged bathroom. They accepted liability and agreed to fix with their insurer ALLIANZ insurance , well thats what they told me. I asked for a claim number and they STILL havent given me one??!! Lies and deception. No one is returning my calls or emails . I called allianz they dont know anything , without a claim number theres not much i can do. Meantime my Bathroom is full of black moisture and grime because of fantastic services. What a nightmare this company is must have called them over and over again the ignorance and unprofessionalism goes to another level. First time I've dealt with a company like this. Not only they f..k up they lie also.
