Actual Results
1) they did not start on time and no one reached out to give us an explanation as to what was going on, or when the new start date was going to be. I had to call repeatedly to find out what was going on and it was very hard to get in contact with a couple of the numbers that they gave us. Finally called Lee Brown and he had someone call us back. Project was supposed to be started and finished within three days in the second week of November, did not start almost 2 months later.

2) First day of installation: my wife and 2 neighbors call me at work saying that the installers were arguing and cursing very loudly at my house. At that moment I tried calling Lee Brown but of course he did not answer. My wife then then calls back and says there are police at the house. Installation did take 3 days and the one installer who did the job did clean up after himself.

I will not list the Cons but whoever is reading this can take from it what they want. In the end I guess we ended up with better windows that what we had before.
