This is my 2nd collection company i have dealt in the past couple months trying to settle my medical bills after my surgeries. I've said it before and i'll say it again: these agencies are not the bad guys. They are just trying to do their job, witch is collecting debt. I was fortunate to talk to Emily (i think is her name) she walked me through and figure out a plan to settle the debt. I paid a big chunk and i have one more payment and I'm done. I can honestly say that i haven't been harassed by this office and my experience was great. Emily even helped me set up an auto payment for the last one so i don't have to call them in order to pay.
