A major lack of professionalism and poor customer service is very apparent here. My wife brought in a bike to be repaired almost 2 months ago. I understand that there is a lot of bikes needed to be repaired but 2 months...? What made our experience worse is that my wife went in around a month in to check on the bike and the staff said they couldn't find it in the repair area even though it was recorded to be currently in repairs. Finally in the end he couldn't even find the bike and said if he finds it he will make sure it gets repaired first. And finally a month later still no word. We finally went in to check on the bike and of course still not repaired. They really need to work on their management because it is all over the place. The fact that the staff can't even figure out where a certain bike is screams horrible management and they really need to get that figure out.
