Very unpleasant, rude service. Sitting lady (on a higher seat (than the client) as on the throne and from a position of superiority she answered arrogantly, with contempt for my questions. She did not want to give me information, e.g. about penalties for breaking the contract, covering herself with professional secrecy, etc. I definitely do not recommend Netia as an internet provider and a woman working there.
