Customer service and communication was very good. Only issue is the car wasn't washed. Perhaps Rancho Dodge doesn't provide this courtesy service like so many others do.
Repair was completed on the first visit as expected. Turn around time was excessive. Repair estimate was same day or next day. Actual completion took 5 days. Car was returned on the 6th day.
