We are a mature couple who have been visiting the cinema for decades. It's an absolute gem - a wonderful place, and we always look forward to visiting. However, after our latest visit to watch The Lost World of Z this week (great film) I have to mention how disappointed we both were with the receptionist who took our money: this young woman was not just unprofessional but rude, an absolute contrast to the mature lady who welcomed us in at the door and was so very warm and friendly, and the young woman who served us at the bar during the interval, again, as you would expect, absolutely lovely - welcoming and polite. If you are going to sit on the front desk, and take a customers money, we're not asking that you smile at everyone but, we do ask that you are polite and professional. Many Thanks to everyone who made our trip out so worthwhile.
